Fade class. The most attended program. 2 days, approximately 10 live haircuts per student, with direct technique feedback from Francis Paua on every cut. Covers skin fades, high and mid fades, tapers, scissor-over-comb blending, and finishing work. Hair models are arranged and provided by CADMEN; no student is responsible for sourcing their own clients for the training days.

Beard class. Hot towel shave technique, straight razor work, beard shaping and design, and finishing. Live clients throughout the 2 days. The beard class is a strong complement to the fade class for barbers who want to offer the full service range.

Scissors class. Scissor-over-comb mechanics, point cutting, scissor finishing technique, and long hair cutting fundamentals. Combines live client work with mannequin head work for the fundamentals portion. Appropriate for barbers who want to expand beyond clipper-dominant cutting.

Who Attends

Students across three categories attend CADMEN's programs: working barbers with 1 to 5 years of experience who want to correct or upgrade a specific skill, career changers who have completed a school program elsewhere and want intensive live-client reps before starting their first role, and shop owners and educators who want to understand the material well enough to teach it or assess their own barbers' technique.

The 3-student maximum per session is the key constraint.
