CADMEN Barber Academy runs hands-on barber classes in Calgary. You practise fade, beard and scissors work on live models with educator feedback, taught on the same CADMEN curriculum we use in Mississauga.

A two-day course with supervised practice on live models. Work on fading and blending with demonstrations and direct feedback.

Work on beard shaping and grooming techniques with educator guidance.
Scissors training

Can a beginner attend?
Yes. Tell our team your starting experience so we can help you choose a course. Working barbers can also attend to practise a specific skill.
Do I need to bring a model?
No. Live models are arranged for fade training.
How long is training?
The fade course runs over two days. Our class coordinator confirms the schedule for beard and scissors courses.
How much does it cost?
Calgary pricing is shared with the class dates. Ask about Calgary class dates and we will send both.
Do I receive a certificate?
You receive a CADMEN certificate of completion for the course you complete.
Is this a licensing program?
No. CADMEN classes are private, hands-on skills training. They do not give a trade certificate, a licence or apprenticeship hours.
Who teaches the classes?
A CADMEN-approved educator teaches every class on the same CADMEN curriculum used in Mississauga.
Can I book fade, beard and scissors together?
Each course is booked separately. Tell our class coordinator which skills you want and we will help you plan them.
